This past July, Wed Society Pro and Wed Society | Oklahoma hosted an exclusive event for wedding professionals in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Designed to bring together the best of Oklahoma’s wedding industry, this event focused on making connections, sharing industry tips through a panel of seasoned pros, and diving into all things weddings. Oklahoma City Connect Event

“Located inside the iconic downtown OKC event space, the Civic Center Music Hall, the Wed Society Connect event was expertly planned by the talented team at Harper Mae Events and beautifully captured by Mary Bender Photography. Guests were welcomed by an oversized bow-shaped balloon arch crafted by Pop and Fringe, providing the perfect photo opportunity. Eventures set the stage (literally!) with rentals that seamlessly brought the space together. Vibrant pops of color were added through Clementine and Sage’s stunning floral arrangements, creating a lively atmosphere. Guests enjoyed delicious drinks courtesy of Top Shelf Bartending throughout the event, along with a delectable spread of light bites catered by Chef Curry To Go. OKC Entertainment kept the energy high, ensuring everyone had a great time.

The event concluded with an expert panel of wedding pros, featuring representatives from Abbey Road Catering, XO by Haleigh Kenney, Embellished Weddings, and the Civic Center Music Hall, and was led by Wed Society Pro. The panelists delved into industry topics such as emerging trends, work-life balance, effective client communication, and more, providing attendees with valuable insights.”

Tulsa Connect Event

“The Philbrook Museum of Art provided a dreamy setting for our networking event in Tulsa! Harper Mae Events once again executed a flawless gathering, ensuring every detail was perfect. From the stylish rentals by Party Pro Rents to the lively tunes by All Out DJ, this summer soirée was truly unforgettable! Pop and Fringe created a whimsical balloon arch that served as the perfect photo op once more, and the stunning florals by Crooked Roots Design left everyone in awe. Aden Henry Photography captured all the beautiful moments, preserving the event’s vibrancy. Guests indulged in a wonderful brunch food display by Provision Pantry, which also provided fabulous cocktails. As a sweet send-off, guests received a tasty treat from Cake Palate Designs as a favor on their way out.

The event also featured a fantastic panel of speakers, including representatives from Harper Mae Events, Crooked Roots Design, and the Philbrook Museum of Art, and was led by Wed Society Pro.
